1. Internationaler GIN Tasting Bericht zum "Erich schwäbischer Dry GIN" aus Dänemark.
Some days ago I recieved this German “schwäbischer” Gin 🇩🇪 from @erichgin. Thanks 🙏🏻 I really appreciate in letting me try this Gin as well make a review of it 👍
This Gin is dedicated to the distilleres grandfather that past away in 2016. What a great thought 👌. He would be so proud, this Gin i super. Both in frangrances, flavours and bottle/ lable design
Bottle size 0,5l
To the nose you have a citrus fragrance accompanied with some flowery, Juniper and also some orange. In the end you have some anis
Tasted neat you have the warm from the Alcohol, a lovely blend of Juniper, orange/ citrus flavours, but also when tasted neat you have some warm from some pepper taste. At least but not to be forgotten a hint of Rosemary
With the Gin from @erichgin, I added a lot of ice, topped with @gallybird Tonic Water. And Garnished with dehydrated Citrus and fresh Rosemary. All together a super combination for a great Gin Tonic. I’m sure and have to make some more experiment with other Tonics. My opinion is that the Tonic I used in this Gin Tonic haven’t unfolded the total potential for this Gin. Great Job @erichgin i’m sure that the other products for this Brand are as good as this amazing Dry Gin. Especially this “Christmas Gin” would be great to put on the tavle when the Christmas holiday arrives
